2. Filing a Counter-Notification

If you believe that the material you posted was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. A valid counter-notification must include the following information:

2. Identification of the material

that has been removed or disabled and the location where the material appeared before it was removed. Provide the specific URL(s).

3. A statement under penalty of perjury

that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material.

4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction

of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if you are outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which **attorney.aksi.co** may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA notice or an agent of such person.

5. Your electronic or physical signature.

Once we receive a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the party who submitted the original DMCA takedown notice. If the original complainant does not file a lawsuit within 10 business days, we will restore the removed content.

 3. Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, attorney.aksi.co will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, users who are repeat infringers of others’ intellectual property rights.
